Royal dressing made of cream, cheese and truffle.

This delicious sauce is perfect for dressing pasta or for making scallops. Simply heat the product in a pan (you can add a little cooking water or broth) and add to pasta once cooked. To make scallops, just add a few tablespoons of the meat when it is almost cooked. The royal sauce is also excellent for making delicious bruschetta.

INGREDIENTS: Cream 65%, vegetable soup (water, sea salt, yeast extract, rice flour, onion, sunflower oil, garlic), BUTTER, WHEAT flour type “00”, bianchetto truffle (Tuber albidum Pico or Tuber borchii Vitt.) 5%, Parmigiano Reggiano CHEESE, artificial flavour, salt.

May contian:  trace off EGG, SOY, CELERY.
