The Agrodolce Bianco Giusti comes from the soft pressing of Trebbiano grapes, from which a particularly sweet juice is obtained. This is then blended with high quality white wine vinegars, and aged in French oak and ash barriques. This procedure keeps the most fruity and floral aromas of the grape intact, creating a very sweet condiment thanks to the contrast between the low acidity and the sweet notes of yellow fruits and dried citrus fruits. Fresh and balanced, it is extremely versatile and easy to use.
